A TERZA COCKTAIL
Terza & Soda
Bitter Terza topped with cold soda over ice, finished with an orange twist. The easiest aperitivo there is.
Ingredients
50 ml Bitter TERZA
100 ml chilled soda water
How to mix it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour in TERZA and top with cold soda.
- Stir once, gently, from the bottom up.
- Express an orange peel over the glass and drop it in.
BARTENDER TIP
Keep the soda in the fridge and pour it slowly down the side of the glass, so it keeps its bubbles.
TWIST IT
Swap the soda for tonic for a drier, more bitter long drink.
