A TERZA COCKTAIL
Garibaldi
Terza and fresh orange juice. Two ingredients, no excuses.
Ingredients
50 ml Bitter TERZA
120 ml fresh orange juice
How to mix it
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour in TERZA and the orange juice.
- Stir gently from the bottom up and add an orange wedge.
BARTENDER TIP
Squeeze the oranges just before you pour. Fresh juice is the whole drink.
TWIST IT
Make it fluffy: whizz the juice for a few seconds in a blender before pouring, for a light, frothy Garibaldi.
