Jamaican rum, pineapple and lime with a bitter edge: tiki with attitude.
Ingredients
How to mix it
- Shake everything hard with ice for 8–10 seconds.
- Strain into a highball full of ice.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
BARTENDER TIP
Blend it with fresh pineapple and crushed ice for a frozen version with a lovely texture.
TWIST IT
Lighter version: gin instead of rum.
