Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way. We call them all "cookies" here.
This policy explains which cookies bitterterza.com uses. The site is run by Kaliro Sàrl, Rue de Chantepoulet 10, 1201 Genève, Switzerland. More on how we handle personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
When you first visit, we ask you to confirm that you are of legal drinking age. On the same screen, you can choose whether to allow analytics cookies. Analytics stay off unless you choose to allow them, and saying no does not stop you using the site.
Your age confirmation is remembered for 90 days from your last visit: each time you come back within 90 days, the period starts again and we do not ask you again. Your analytics choice, yes or no, is remembered for 24 months, then we ask you again. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are needed for the site to work, to keep it secure and to remember your age confirmation and cookie choice. Because they are essential, they do not need your consent.

Analytics (only if you allow them)
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to see, in aggregated form, how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. These cookies are set only after you allow them, and are deleted or no longer used if you change your mind.

We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.
Besides "Cookie settings" in the footer, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work, and you will be asked to confirm your age again.
