Jungle Bird

This isn't your beachside blender drink. The Jungle Bird struts in with a pineapple in one hand and Terza in the other. Sweet meets bitter in a cocktail that wears sunglasses indoors.

What’s in the mix?

• 1.5 oz dark rum

• 0.75 oz Terza Bitter

• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

• 0.5 oz simple syrup

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice

How to stir things up:

1. Shake all ingredients with ice like you mean it.

2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or frond — or both.
