Left Hand

A bitter-sweet ride that’s anything but steady. Bourbon, red Vermouth and Terza come together for an afternoon spin that feels more like a joyride. Seat belts are optional the chocolate bitters are not.

What’s in the mix?

  • ¾ oz TERZA Italian Bitter

  • 1½ oz Bourbon or Rye

  • ¾ oz 9diDANTE Inferno Vermouth di Torino

  • 3 dashes Chocolate Bitters

How to stir things up:

  1. Stir in a mixing over ice.

  2. Serve

  3. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.

Dial it in

  • More bite: swap Bourbon for Rye.

  • Softer: bump vermouth to 30 ml (1 oz).

Make It. Own It. Drink It.

You’re not just mixing — you’re joining a bitter tradition.
